Abstract
Abstract
One of the important indicators to know the condition of the economy in a region/regional in a given period is the gross Regional Domestic Product data (GRDP), both on the basis of prevailing prices or on the basis of constant prices. GRDP is essentially a number of value added generated by all business units in a particular country, or is the total value of final goods and services produced by all economic units
GRDP on the basis of the price in effect describes the added value of goods and services are calculated using prices prevailing at each, while the GRDP on the basis of constant prices shows the value added goods and services are calculated using prices that at one, particular as base. GRDP on the basis of the applicable rates can be used to view the shift as well as the structure of the economy. On the basis of constant price GRDP is used to find out the economic growth at a period to period (year to year or quarter to quarter).
GRDP according to the Expense using the final demand components approach consisting of: (1) household consumption expenditures (2) non-profit institutions serving households (3) Government consumption expenditure, (4) domestic fixed capital formation gross, (5) changes in inventory, and (6) export neto (exports minus imports).
The value of GRDP Konawe Utara Regency (on the basis of Prevailing prices) during the period 2013 – 2017 shows enough improvement signfikan until it reaches 1 billion rupiah. The value is affected by the changes in price and volume changes as well. During the period 2013 – 2017, a product that is consumed in Konawe Utara Regency to meet the needs of the final consumption of households, the demand for export, and Gross fixed capital Formation needs (PMTB). The increased needs of the final consumption of households is certainly in line with the increasing number of residents in Konawe Utara Regency some changes to consumption patterns of the population.
Konawe Utara Regency economic growth from the year 2013 – 2017 shows a pattern that is pretty volatile. As for the Summit County economic slowdown occurs in Konawe Utara Regency 2014 where export regulations the result mining (UU Minerba) was passed which led economic growth touching Figure 3.15 percent. UU minerba cause export touched negative numbers. As previous exposure, the value of exports provide a considerable contribution to the total value of GRDP. In the year 2015, the increased economic growth then slowed down a little bit again in 2016 and 2017 in return increased to 6.00 percent.
